Privacy Policy

Last updated October 4, 2026

This policy explains what information Onda collects, why, and what choices you have. It covers our website and the Onda front desk service.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell personal information. We do not use caller information for advertising.

Callers

When you call a business that uses Onda, we handle your information on that business's behalf. Your details are sent to that business so it can call you back. To ask about or delete your information, contact that business or write to us.

Who helps us run the service

We use service providers to operate Onda, and they process information only to provide their service to us: xAI (voice AI and call recordings), Telnyx (phone lines), n8n (workflow automation), Airtable (lead records) and Google (email). Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.

How long we keep it

We keep lead records for as long as the business is an Onda customer, and delete them within 30 days of a request or of the account closing, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Call recordings are kept by our voice provider under its retention settings.

Security

We limit access to customer information to the people and systems that need it, and we use password-protected accounts with our providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected customers if we learn of a breach involving their information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@callonda.com. California residents have these rights under California law, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Children

Onda is a service for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Questions go to support@callonda.com.
